The Heavy Hitter Lightweight 420 Primary Chain Drive Conversion Kit is built for Sur Ron, Segway, E Ride Pro, and EBMX-powered bikes that keep snapping OEM belts. If you’re running high torque through your drivetrain — especially with an upgraded EBMX motor or controller — this is the upgrade that ends mid-ride belt failures. Stronger, lighter, and tuned for maximum performance, it’s the lightest primary kit on the market with the least rotating mass.
After a years of testing, breaking, and refining, we landed on the perfect combo: a 7075 T6 billet aluminum rear sprocket for minimal weight, a nitrided 52100 tool steel front sprocket for maximum durability, and a non-O-ring chain with master link for the least rolling resistance and easy replacement. We even tested vulcanized rubber sprockets for noise reduction, but the performance loss wasn’t worth it this kit is built for speed, not silence.
This conversion maintains your stock gear ratio and OEM motor alignment, with precision machining that extends sprocket life and keeps things smooth at high RPM. Yes, it’s louder than a belt drive, but no louder than most other chain kits and if you ever want it quieter, an O-ring chain can be fitted (at the slight cost of performance).
